This policy explains how Lindenrow (operated by the entity registered under CUI RO45678901, Str. Florilor 14, Cluj-Napoca, 400001, Romania) processes personal data when you visit lindenrow.eu.

The data controller is Lindenrow, contactable at contact@lindenrow.eu or by post at the address above.
2. What data we collect
- Contact form submissions — name, phone number and email address provided voluntarily through the contact form.
- Server logs — standard web server access logs including IP address, browser type, referring URL and pages visited. These are retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.
- Cookie preference — a single local-storage key recording whether you accepted or rejected the cookie notice. No tracking cookies are set without acceptance.
3. Legal basis for processing
- Contact form data is processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Server log data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining site security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. How we use the data
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your message. Email addresses are not added to any mailing list without a separate explicit request. Server log data is used only for security monitoring and is not shared with third parties.
5. Data retention
Contact form data is retained for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.
6. Third-party services
Images on this site are served from upload.wikimedia.org (Wikimedia Foundation). When your browser loads those images, Wikimedia's servers receive your IP address. Wikimedia's privacy policy is available at foundation.wikimedia.org.
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Google's privacy policy applies to those requests: policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@lindenrow.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP) at dataprotection.ro.
8. Cookies
This site uses one item of browser local storage to record your response to the cookie notice. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used. If you choose to reject, no additional data about your visit is stored beyond the standard server logs described above.
9. Changes to this policy
Any material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
